I'm passionate about helping people declutter their homes and live meaningful and fulfilling lives. I'd be honored to help and be a part of your decluttering journey.

Hi, I'm Danny

I'm glad you're here.

About DLT Decluttering

I founded DLT Decluttering with one goal in mind: to make practical, empowering, supportive services for people with hoarding behaviors and excessive clutter available and accessible to all who would benefit.

My experience in this work began when I joined the Philadelphia Hoarding Task Force in 2015 as a case manager helping individuals with disabilities live safely and independently in their homes. I completed training in effective hoarding intervention from the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership, whose innovative harm-reduction approach focuses on the person, not the stuff, and empowers clients to be active participants in the goal setting and sorting and discarding processes.

Around the same time, I completed a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where I specialized in practices to help people cultivate their strengths, reach long-term goals, and live happier and healthier lives. I incorporate insights from positive psychology into my work, knowing that greater well-being boosts motivation and supports success.

I believe that everyone deserves to live in a safe and comfortable home; one that provides the opportunity to live with joy, ease, and purpose. I would love to help you create these conditions in your home! If you have questions about my approach or how I can help, send me a note. I look forward to hearing from you!
