Individual Sessions

I work with people to create a customized plan to help them reach their decluttering goals and increase their well-being. I take time to understand their needs, listen to their concerns and motivations, and create a strategy that will work best for them. I use a combination of practices from positive psychology, hoarding intervention, and motivational interviewing to help people succeed.

I believe change is always possible if you have the right tools and resources. My goal is to help you develop new skills to manage your clutter now and in the future. Whether it's learning how to stop acquiring new items, making decisions about what to keep or discard, or where to get started, I'm here to make sure you have what you need to get started.

Goal Setting and Process Mapping

I've found that creating good processes over time leads to consistent and meaningful progress. I'll work with you to identify clear goals for your home using research-based techniques and measuring progress along the way. During each session, we'll create personalized action plans to help you take your next steps based on your goals.

Stress Management and Motivation

I know that decluttering can be stressful and feel overwhelming at times. Possessions play an important part in all of our lives, and I understand that parting with them can create anxiety and sadness. I use coaching and stress management techniques to help you manage your emotions and navigate past challenges in your sorting and discarding.
